Institution, Method, Capabilities, Evidence, Knowledge, Participation — that’s the order PCF itself works in. Participation is the last link, deliberately: trust only converts into a relationship once there’s real evidence behind it, not before. Everywhere else on this site has been building that evidence. This page is the Participation layer — the different ways an actual relationship can start.
